Duration
The contract is granted for a fixed term specified in the contract. AZERHOUNI CAR reserves the full right to terminate the contract without justification, compensation or reimbursement in the event that the tenant has not complied with one of the terms of this contract. The rental day corresponds to 24 hours from the time of picking up the vehicle. The day started is entirely due.

Assurance
The tenant has noted that he was guaranteed according to the general conditions of the insurance policies taken out by our company.
- The vehicle is insured against theft, fire, and liability of the persons transported.
- The clothes and objects transported are in no way guaranteed.
- The vehicle is only insured for the duration of the rental indicated.
- There is no insurance for any non-small driver with a valid driving license, driving while intoxicated.

Payment
The rental prices as well as the cost are determined by the rates in force and payable in advance. The rental deposit differs according to the category of the vehicle. In the event of a premature return, the tenant cannot claim any refund of the credit note.

Driver
The vehicle may only be driven by the persons designated or subject to the prior authorization of the lessor and provided that the said persons are at least 21 years old and have held a regulatory driving license for at least two ( 02) years old.
